1980s Black/White Jerri Jee Dress

1980s Black/White Jerri Jee Dress.  Graphic design with a sheerness to it, slight shoulder pads on the end of shoulders for added drama, black buttons on sleeves.  40" Length, 14.5" shoulders, 18.5" sleeve, 19" chest, 24" waist (does have elastic).  Good vintage condition.
