Cream Dress with Beaded Neckline

Cream Polyester dress with beaded detail around the neckline. Pearl buttons around the sleeves.  Ursula of Switzerland size 3/4.  Fabric is slightly shear.  42" Length, 13" shoulder, 23", chest 17.5", sleeve, 23" waist (does have elastic).  Slightly puffed sleeves on shoulder with billowy sleeves that taper at the wrist.  Good vintage condition.
