Turquoise Dress with buttons down the center with 2 pockets. 

Moda Intl, Size S, made in Hong Kong, shoulders 20", chest 18", waist 18.5", length 44.5".  Can be used with front or back in the front or as a shirt or styled with a long sleeve under, very versatile piece.  Good vintage condition.
